Georgia drivers suck

We went to see some of Joe's relatives today that live outside Atlanta. While I'm sure SC drivers have a rep all to themselves, Georgia drivers are fricking MANIACAL. Really, what part of me slowing down and putting my turn signal on says "No, I don't need to get over one lane. Please continue to drive at the same rate of speed and keep me blocked in." And if one more person cuts me off or stops short on me I will unleash the full amount of my road rage on them.
