If money is an issue, do you (a) ask the server how much it is before you get it or (b) blame the server, say it was her duty to inform you it was a $7 drink because that's way too much to spend on alcohol at lunch, and TELL her that for her "negligence" the excessive drink price is coming out of her tip -- which winds up being 47 cents.
