Uh-oh....he bred
Apr. 14th, 2004 01:02 pmSo I roll in at 4 am last night and my mom scares the bejeezus out of me by interrupting the silence with the news my sister-in-law's in labor. My mom poked her head in my room at some point this morning (like I said, came in at 4) and told me they were headed up to Fayetteville, NC (where my brother and his wife live). I don't know if that means the baby's here or if she's still sweating it out, but either I am or I'm about to be an aunt.
Scary, isn't it?
Update: Once I ventured out of my room I saw the blinking red light on the machine. A girl, born around 10:30 am (my dad left the message at 10:40), 6 pounds something oz (dad's voice is a little unintelligible there), 20 inches.
May she scream her little lungs out everytime it's Daddy's turn to handle anything. *evil grin*
