In Michigan, it's hard to make these kinds of complaints because you have to *prove* they're acting that way to you because you're pregnant/a minority/whatever.
And that's where I am now. I'd almost rather talk to a lawyer first, see if it's even worth it. Besides, even if one of the managers said something incriminating they'd probably say it in private. I wouldn't be able to prove it.
