Your GM has obviously never been pregnant. I used to get really dizzy and have to sit down for a few minutes just after circling the school building--in air conditioning. And I'd have to sit down and put my head between my knees in front of a bunch of seventh graders.
If you can find a lawyer who will answer a question without charging you, I'd ask about the pregnancy discrimination. Pregnancy does have to be treated like any other illness or disability--that's why you're allowed to use sick leave for it. Also, once you get an OB, I'd ask about having to go out in the heat or lifting stuff--you could get the OB to write you a note.
As far as that other manager--I wonder when the hell it was any of her damn business what Joe does. *face=evil*
